If your demo and live account email addresses are different, use their respective credentials to sign in to the required account.

If your demo and live account email addresses are the same, your accounts are linked. You must use the live account password to sign in.

Passwords are case sensitive and special characters are accepted.
If you have forgotten your password, you can use the Forgot password? link to reset it.
Once you have completed the password reset form, your password link will be emailed to you at the email address associated with your OANDA account.
Click on the link in this email and follow the steps provided to reset your password. If you do not receive this email, try checking your junk mail folder.
If you have not received an email after attempting to reset your password, check your junk folder.
If you are still unable to locate the email to reset your password, please contact us.
Multiple failed login attempts can block your account. When that happens, you will receive an email to unblock the account. Click on the given link to unblock your account.
