Deposits are subject to our hierarchy rule. If you have deposited using multiple methods, you must exhaust the total original deposit amounts in the following order:
- Credit/debit card
- Neteller
- Skrill
- Bank or wire transfer
Below are steps on how to fund your account using an APM on the OANDA portal:

Choose your preferred payment method from the drop-down menu under From Account

Choose which account you wish to fund with this method from the drop-down menu under To Account

If you are using these instructions to process a deposit via Neteller, you will be required to enter your ‘Neteller Member Email Address’ before being allowed to push Submit. -
If you are depositing for the first time, you’ll be required to provide card details, confirm the amount and currency and then click Deposit.

If you have deposited previously, you may select one of the following options:

Select your existing payment method, confirm the amount and currency and then select Deposit

Provide the name, expiry date and security code on your new card. Confirm the amount and currency and then click Deposit.

The currency type in ‘From Account’ must match the currency type in ‘To Account’ in order to successfully begin the payment process. -
Click ‘Submit’ to initiate the process your payment. You will receive instructions via email to complete the wire transfer process.

- OANDA cannot accept payments from third parties. Please ensure that the name on the account from which the funds are originating matches that on your OANDA account. For your security, you can only withdraw funds by the same method and in the same currency that you used to deposit them.
- OANDA does not charge any fees for deposits made by credit card, debit card, and bank transfers. You may however be charged fees by your payment provider.
- Please note that OANDA Global Markets does not make cross-border withdrawals. Funds arriving from one country will need to be returned to source in that same country.
- Deposit requests for more than US$9000 will be restricted if you have not provided the required documentation .
