How to add bank accounts (OANDA Europe Limited)
1. OANDA Europe Limited’s LIVE account users must login to the HUB .
2. Go to the Dashboard in the left navigation menu, and then click on Deposit .
3. Go to Manage Funds dropdown and select Bank Accounts .
4. Click on + Add Bank Account.
5. Select the country where the account is held.
6. Enter the Name on Account . The name on your bank account must be the same as the name you registered with us.
7. Select a bank identifier. The SORT Code is required for domestic transfers in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. The SWIFT/BIC Code is required for international transfers.
If you selected the SORT code, you must enter your Account Number and CurrencyA medium of exchange of value to define by reference to the geographical location of the authorities responsible for it. A currency is represented by a three-character ISO code. . If you selected the SWIFT/BIC code, you must enter the IBAN Number and Currency .
8. Upload your recent bank statement. Make sure the statement is issued within the past 3 months and contains your full name, address, bank name and logo, bank account number and statement issuance date. We use this document to confirm that you are the holder of the account.
9. Click on Confirm to complete the procedure. The newly added bank account will have a status of NOT VERIFIED by default.
The NOT VERIFIED status should not prevent you from submitting a deposit or withdrawal request. However, your request will remain pending until you upload a bank statement for account verification.
When we receive a deposit or withdrawal request, we will manually verify your bank account and either process your request or send you an email communication for further information.
If you receive an email communication to upload a bank statement, go to the Bank Accounts Profiles. Next, click on the arrow next to your unverified account, as shown in the following images, and upload the statement.
