Login support (Desktop)
The desktop program icons for live and demo accounts are different. Please see the image below to differentiate between the live and demo programs.
Once you have clicked on the correct program and ‘OANDA Desktop’ has opened:

Enter your email address.
- Enter your password (your password is case sensitive and cannot include special characters).
- Click Submit.
If you have forgotten your password, you can use the Forgot password? link to reset it.
Once you have completed the password reset form, your password link will be emailed to you at the email address associated with your OANDA account.
Click on the link in this email and follow the steps provided to reset your password. If you do not receive this email, try checking your junk mail folder.
If you have not received an email after attempting to reset your password, check your junk folder.
If you are still unable to locate the email to reset your password, please contact a member of our customer service team by phone, chat or email.
If you have received the message Your OANDA Trade account is locked. Please contact OANDA customer service, you will need to contact us by phone, Chat or email for login assistance.
