Counter-parties of OANDA that are residents of Quebec are entitled to certain information under Quebec Derivatives Regulation including the percentage of client accounts that were profitable in the previous fiscal year. This letter must be completed to request and obtain that information (Quebec residents only).

OANDA’s hours of operation coincide with the global financial markets. Trading is available from Sunday approximately 5 p.m. to Friday 5 p.m., New York time.

The amount of margin required to enter a trade is determined by the rules discussed within this section

The Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) establishes margin rates. Margin requirements vary given the base currency of your account.
